Terms of use

These baseline terms apply to the AIPL Agent website and product unless a signed commercial agreement provides different terms.

1. Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your organization and workspace accounts.

2. Voice and telephony responsibilities

You are responsible for contact-list rights, caller identification, consent, recording notices, AI disclosures, opt-out handling, calling-hour restrictions, and all other telephony or privacy obligations that apply to your use case and operating regions.

3. Third-party providers

Configured telephony, voice-agent, infrastructure, or payment services are provided by third parties and may be governed by separate terms, availability, pricing, and regional restrictions. AIPL Agent is not responsible for a third-party provider's independent service decisions.

4. Fees and commercial terms

Any account charges, provider fees, payment terms, refunds, service levels, and support commitments apply only when displayed in the authenticated account or stated in an applicable written agreement. This public website does not initiate checkout.

5. Customer content and instructions

You retain responsibility for the data, prompts, scripts, phone numbers, recordings, and workflow instructions you provide. You must not submit content or instructions that violate law, third-party rights, or an applicable agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, deceptive impersonation, unauthorized automated calling, security abuse, interference with the service, or attempts to access another user's data or credentials.

7. Product changes and availability

Features, integrations, and provider support may change as the product evolves. Beta or evaluation functionality may be modified or discontinued. Contractual availability commitments apply only when stated in a written agreement.

8. Intellectual property

AIPL Agent and its product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service, software, branding, or documentation to you.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to address security threats, unlawful activity, non-payment, provider restrictions, or material violations of applicable terms. Account and data handling after termination may be further defined in a commercial agreement.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Except for commitments expressly stated in a written agreement, the service is provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Any limitation of liability, indemnity, or governing-law terms in a signed commercial agreement control over this baseline website notice.

11. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Questions should be directed through your existing AIPL Agent representative or the support channel available in your authenticated account. Legal entity, jurisdiction, and formal notice details may also be stated in an applicable commercial agreement.
