Privacy policy

This policy explains how AIPL Agent may process information when organizations and their authorized users access the website and product. A customer agreement or data processing addendum may provide additional terms.

Information we may process

Account and workspace information, such as names, email addresses, authentication records, organization details, roles, and product configuration.

Voice-operation information, such as phone-number configuration, call metadata, agent settings, event logs, and—when enabled by the customer—recordings, transcripts, or generated call artifacts.

Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser details, diagnostics, security events, and interactions with the service.

How information is used

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate configured voice workflows, support customers, investigate incidents, maintain records, and improve product reliability.

Service providers and integrations

The service may transmit information to infrastructure, hosting, telephony, voice-agent, communications, or payment providers when those services are configured. Each provider may process information under its own terms and the applicable customer agreement.

Customers are responsible for selecting lawful configurations and for giving required notices or obtaining required consent before calls, recordings, or AI-assisted interactions.

Retention and security

Information is retained for the period needed to provide the service, meet security and record-keeping needs, comply with applicable law, or follow an applicable commercial agreement. Retention may vary by data type and provider configuration.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and relationship with AIPL Agent, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information. Account administrators may also manage workspace information through the product.

International processing and children

Configured providers may process information in countries other than the country where it was collected. The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and legal requirements change. The effective date below identifies the current version.
